Cell Phone Rule

I do not agree with the "new" enforced cell phone rule. The rule basically states that we may only use our phones while outside or in lunch. I do not this that we should be punished for one person's mistake. Yes, I have head all the saying about "one bad apple ruined the bunch" but this is not fair. To not be able to use our phones outside of the classroom donesnt make much sense to me. I agree that peop should keep them put away inside the classroom unless permission is granted, but to make us not be able to use them in between, I just don't agree. I feel that this rule will just make many people sneek on their phones anyways because the rule takes away something that we are all used to. Pulling out your phone when you are walking to class is just a normal thing. People are going to check their phones while walking to class. This rule is going to take a while to get used to. Honestly, I feel that we, as a echs student body, should not be punished for a silly mistake that somebody already paid the consequences for. Many people did not even know about the app, so I feel that we should not be punished because the person that made the stupid mistake, is already punished and is no longer in early college. This rule makes no sense to me on many levels and I am not very happy about it.
